PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) today announced three new appointments, including two internal promotions, to the company’s Executive Leadership Team:

- Adelyn Cheong has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, PVH Americas and will oversee the Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER brands in the Americas region.
- Joel Samaha will join PVH in the newly-created role of President, Global Licensing, Partnerships and Expansion.
- Jonathan Bottomley, Global Chief Marketing Officer, Calvin Klein, will expand his responsibilities to also become EVP, Group Consumer & Brand Strategy, PVH Corp.
Ms. Cheong will succeed Donald Kohler, who currently serves as CEO, PVH Americas. Mr. Kohler has decided to leave the company to be closer to family, and with this, pursue a new professional opportunity. Mr. Kohler also has responsibility for global licensing and this has been incorporated into Mr. Samaha’s newly-created role of President, Global Licensing, Partnerships and Expansion.

Ms. Cheong joined PVH in 2018 to lead TOMMY HILFIGER in APAC and was appointed President, PVH China in 2021, overseeing both brands in one of the company’s most critical growth markets. Under her leadership, PVH China has delivered strong performance, driven by consumer-centricity, digital innovation and operational excellence. Ms. Cheong led the acceleration of the market’s digital transformation and significantly scaled the e-commerce business. She also leveraged her wholesale expertise to strengthen partnerships and create a consistent brand experience across channels. As CEO, PVH Americas, she will oversee Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER in the region, building on strong brand momentum and driving execution across channels and consumer segments. Ying Wu will be appointed President, PVH China, in addition to her role as EVP, Chief Financial Officer, PVH APAC.
Mr. Samaha joins PVH from Boston Consulting Group where he is a Partner in the firm’s global consumer and fashion practice. He has a deep understanding of the PVH business, having partnered closely with the company on strategic initiatives over the last year. As President, Global Licensing, Partnerships and Expansion, Mr. Samaha will lead the strategy and execution of PVH’s non-owned business partnerships, overseeing category and market licenses, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, as well as the company’s global real estate and expansion strategy.
Mr. Bottomley, Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Calvin Klein, will take on additional responsibilities as EVP, Group Consumer & Brand Strategy, PVH Corp., where he will accelerate and scale the company’s global consumer capabilities, including insights and data, to further strengthen the engagement with PVH’s most important consumer segments across both Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER. A seasoned marketing leader, he has over 25 years of experience strategically connecting culture and creativity to commercial impact and, in his role as CMO for Calvin Klein has been instrumental in strengthening brand equity and relevance with next-generation consumers.
The three leaders will report to Stefan Larsson, Chief Executive Officer of PVH Corp., with Mr. Bottomley also maintaining his Calvin Klein CMO reporting line into David Savman, Global Brand President, Calvin Klein.

Mr. Kohler’s last day with PVH will be June 30. The appointments of Ms. Cheong and Mr. Samaha will become effective in late summer and on July 6, respectively. Mr. Bottomley’s expanded responsibilities are effective immediately.

Adelyn Cheong is incoming Chief Executive Officer, Americas at PVH Corp., where she will oversee the Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER businesses across the region, driving growth and execution across channels and consumer segments.
Adelyn joined PVH in 2018 to lead TOMMY HILFIGER Asia Pacific and currently serves as President, PVH China, overseeing both brands in one of the company’s most important growth markets. Under her leadership, PVH China delivered strong performance through a focus on consumer-centricity, digital innovation and operational excellence.
With more than 15 years of experience across merchandising, brand building and commercial leadership, Adelyn has a proven track record of elevating performance and driving brand growth. Prior to joining PVH, she spent nearly a decade at Esprit, where she rose to Senior Vice President and Head of China, overseeing multi-channel operations across the region.
Joel Samaha
Joel Samaha is incoming President, Global Licensing, Partnerships & Expansion at PVH Corp., where will lead the company’s global licensing, partnership and expansion strategy across Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER. In this role, he will be responsible for identifying and scaling growth opportunities across categories, geographies and channels to drive long-term, sustainable growth.
Joel joins PVH from Boston Consulting Group, where he is a partner in the firm’s Global Fashion & Luxury and Consumer practices, advising leading global brands on growth strategy, licensing, partnerships and portfolio development. He brings deep experience helping brands scale across international markets and partner-operated channels.
Joel holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
Jonathan Bottomley
Jonathan Bottomley is Global Chief Marketing Officer, Calvin Klein and EVP, Group Consumer & Brand Strategy, PVH Corp. In his role, he oversees global marketing for Calvin Klein, where he has played a key role in strengthening brand equity and driving relevance with next-generation consumers since 2022. As EVP, Group Consumer & Brand Strategy at PVH Corp., he also leads PVH’s global consumer and brand strategy capabilities across Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER.
Jonathan has more than 25 years of experience building global brands and driving commercial impact at the intersection of culture, creativity and consumer insight. Prior to joining PVH, he served as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Ralph Lauren, Chief Marketing Officer at Boll & Branch and Chief Strategy Officer at BBH.
Jonathan holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
