The Korea Rice Processed Food Association will host the 2026 Rice Processed Food Industry Exhibition (RICE SHOW) from June 9 to 12 at KINTEX in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. The event will be held alongside “SEOUL FOOD,” an international food industry exhibition in Asia.
Organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of South Korea and hosted by the Korea Rice Processed Food Association (Chairman: Ku Il Hoi), the exhibition is intended to introduce developments within Korea’s rice processed food industry and provide opportunities for domestic and international business networking.
Under the theme “K-RICE FOOD STARTS HERE,” the exhibition will highlight rice processed food products and related industry trends, including gluten-free foods, rice flour-based products, plant-based alternative foods, and Korean traditional processed food trends.
The exhibition’s “Theme Hall” will feature products from “Rice Plus,” a Korean rice processed food brand selected through a screening process, along with export-focused products intended for international markets.
In the “Corporate Hall,” 46 rice processed food companies will participate across 60 booths to introduce products and technologies to buyers and industry professionals.
To support business networking and export opportunities, this year’s RICE SHOW will operate several B2B-focused programs. An O2O (Online to Offline) hybrid exhibition platform will remain available before and after the physical event, allowing buyers to review products and request consultations remotely. Product information and promotional video materials tailored to buyer interests will also be distributed prior to meetings.
The exhibition will additionally present 12 selected products across three categories through the RICE SHOW AWARDS program, which was introduced last year.
The event will also include a “Rice Food Talk Show” featuring chefs Lee Moon-jung and Kim Do-yoon from Netflix’s cooking competition series “Culinary Class Wars 2,” along with broadcaster Sam Hammington. During the program, participants will introduce recipes using Korean rice processed foods and conduct tasting sessions for visitors.
In addition, the exhibition has introduced a renewed visual identity focused on connecting industry participants, products, and buyers throughout the event venue.
Ku Il Hoi, Chairman of the Korea Rice Processed Food Association, stated that the exhibition is intended to support the promotion of Korean rice processed food products and provide overseas buyers with opportunities to explore potential business partnerships.
